Formed in 1996, The Bohemians perform all over the world and are fast becoming one of the UK’s leading tribute bands. The Bohemians are one of the longest standing Queen Tribute acts and have in their time claimed a much coveted appearance at the Queen fan club convention as well as appearing on the same bill as Brian May at a celebration of Freddie’s birthday. It was at this show that Brian May praised the band, describing their performance as ‘Brilliant’. Roger Taylor met the band in 1997 and remarked upon their ‘uncanny’ likeness to the original band members.




As well as performing extensively in the UK, the London based four piece have also regularly played abroad visiting such far flung countries as Jordan and China.


More recently they have played in Germany, Switzerland and in Spain, where they played a music festival on the beach in front of fifteen hundred locals… The crowd’s response was enthusiastic but the mosquito bites were less welcome!




One of their more notable recent appearances was at the Hastings Beer Festival in front of an ecstatic crowd of over three thousand.




They have appeared on ITV’s Queen Mania in 2005, The Charlotte Church Show in 2006 and even supported former Queen guitarist Brian May in 1999. 2008 is set to be a busy year for the Bohemians who have already completed a tour of the Ukraine and have headlined a music festival in Goa!
