London's Busker of the Year "Live" in Richmond listings

With his passion for music and busking, 24-year-old Jamie won the judges over in 2009 to win Mayor Boris Johnson’s Busker of the Year competition, culminating in a performance at the O2 centre final.

Jamie, who released his first single “Give Me Everything You Got” through Polymorph Records in July this year, will be accompanied by Mark Risi on the night.

 "Although not many people have heard of EB it is a very serious condition and many sufferers spend their lives wrapped in bandarages. It can be pretty tough for people with the condition and it's important that charities like Deb step in to help." comments Jamie.

 "5000 people in the UK have EB and I hope this gig will raise a bit of money for them " Jamie adds.

 Chris Tarrant, Nell McAndrew, Anthea Turner, Linda Barker and Lawrence Dallaglio have all helped raise money for the charity.

 Not only is the event a chance to hear Jamie up close, you can also take part in a charity auction for Jamie’s signature trilby hat, an exclusive oil painting by Kaya Marr of scenic Richmond along with other items to be announced at a later date.

 Food and drink, including alcohol (and a great Hogsback Brewery beer called TEA!), will be available all night with doors opening at 7.30pm, while tickets for the event, priced at £10.00, can be purchased at The Tea Box counter or on 020 8940 3521.
