We offer tuition of the highest standard to all ages of men, women and children.
Our classes will help to improve your current fitness levels and build your confidence. This, coupled with learning martial arts in a safe and friendly environment makes the gym one of the best in the Telford area.
A typical class will also consist of pad work and circuit training. Fighters classes are far more intense with emphasis on ring technique, sparring and fitness.
