Lineup and details

Bai Lang MMA offer 3x 90 minute sessions every week covering stand up, take down, grappling and submission moves in our spacious, fully equipped dojo on Hortonwood.

Join us for a free session with our team of quality instructors each dedicated to their own particular field of expertise including Jujitsu, Thai Boxing and Full Contact Kickboxing.

Classes every Tuesday and Thursday from 8.00 - 9.30pm and Saturdays from 12noon - 1.30pm
