Individual, inventive and energetic Khyam Allami is aLondonbased artist of Iraqi descent. His passion for music has lead him on a remarkable journey from child violinist inDamascusto rock drummer inLondonto the stage of the BBC Proms. Making Tracks will enable Khyam to develop new work especially for this tour based on a new 2x2 idea (oud with / versus percussion) featuring highly respected Palestinian Oud player Ahmad Al-Khatib, amazing percussionist Youssef Hbeisch (as featured with Trio Joubran), as well as Italian frame drum master Andrea Piccioni.
