In it's 15th year we welcome you to the Jubilee Sailing Trust Autumn Pumpkin Festival & Scarecrow Avenue. Fun for all the family with Autumnal food, drink, music with BGT's 2011 semi finallist Herbie Armstrong, Tex Mex Snakeoil band, dance, Big Draw arts and crafts, flower arranging workshops,gardening and beekeeping advice, Autumnal produce, storytelling, Pumpkin Fest Olympic games, stalls & much much more.Over 8,000 came last year! and 640 scarecrows! Bring yours along this year.
Bring your own Scarecrow for our popular Scarecrow Avenue, wear a decorated Autumn hat or enter children's Scarecrow Fancy Dress competition. The biggest pumpkins in UK will be paraded, celebrated and serenaded, all keen to beat last year's record breaking 1334lbs! ......And why do we do it all every year? To raise awareness and funds for the Jubilee Sailing Trust which enables people of all physical abilities to experience tall ship sailing on an equal basis sometimes changing their lives forever.See you there! 12 noon-5.30
