Belly dance classes with Kay Taylor, belly dance is great exercise, good fun and a great way to meet folks. These classes are suitable for beginners and anyone who has bellydanced before and wants to go over basic moves which we then put to a fun, short piece of choreography. Belly dance can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness, shapes and sizes. Wear something loose and comfortable, we usually dance in bare feet. come along and give it a go
