Brokeback Britain - official fringe sell out award

Erich McElroy started doing stand-up here in Britain five years ago and has performed regularly on the London circuit. Originally from Seattle, he was a performer with the sketch group 'Up in Your Grill', and has a degree in acting. In 2006 Erich took his show Brokeback Britain to Edinburgh with Australian stand-up Pete Jonas and together they won the Official Fringe Sell Out Award. (thats not them selling out their morals, but the seats you understand!)

Rich Wilson has loved comedy ever since his older next door neighbour gave him a cassette of Eddie Murphy-Delirious."It was the most mind blowing thing I'd ever heard. My young ears had never heard language like it." His comedy aspirations lay dormant until he got a job as a barman at a comedy club in Greenwich, South London. Then in 2004 following some back slapping by those around him, Rich Wilson hit the stage and even amazing himself, hasnt looked back since.

Colin is literally one of the biggest names in comedy in Australia - not only is he 6' 7", he is also known for his hugely dynamic performance. His delivery is fast and furious, and his material ranges from the topical to the observational. Colin Coles comedy TV credits read like a "'guide to Australian Television" they include hit shows such as Hey Hey, The Max Gillies Show and Bingles. He has toured extensively in the US, Canada and Hawaii, and now hes also taking the UK by storm. Hes been described by The New York Times as "One of the most exciting performers to come out of Australia since Skippy!"
