Lineup and details for New Beginners Tai Chi (Woodley: 13th January 2012) on Friday 10th February 2012
This new programme starts on 13th January and will run for 12 weeks after which you will be able to join an improvers class if you wish to continue with your Tai Chi.
You will be guided through the "Form" ( a set sequence of moves which have to be memorised) by a professional instructor from Berkshire Tai Chi who will also give you an insight into the principles and practices of Tai Chi; its philosophical and historical origins.
With regular practice, you can expect to improve your co-ordination, balance, leg strength, and flexibility.
The class is suitable for a wide range of age groups and fitness levels, but if you are not sure if you are eligible, please contact Berkshire tai Chi for advice on the number shown.
