Pole fitness classes are a great way to get fit and tone your body whilst having lots of fun – it’s no surprise that celebrities are having a go. On this four week beginners course, you’ll learn pole tricks, a series of exotic moves and how to exude confidence using your body!

Classes last 75 minutes.
