BADS has been working towards getting Pole Dance Fitness on to local authority club timetables, well it looks like this could be the start.  These courses are basically a taster for the powers that be to take notice of how popular these fitness classes have become.  So far we have their full attention and a probable start of timetable lessons for the beginning of 2009.  In the meantime, BADS decided to run its own courses so that if all fails at least we/you have regular classes, in a suitable and safe environment.

The lesson content not only provides the beginners with their first introduction to pole fitness but offers progression to those who already have pole fitness experience.  We also cover cross training techniques, from postural awareness to strength, flexibility and core stability away from the pole.  There is something for everyone in these courses.
