Pole Dance Fitness is a great cardio vascular exercise, great for muscle building, body toning, flexibility, awareness of body posture and suppleness.
Pole Dance Fitness will train every part of your body, helping to strengthen,  tone and increase flexibility from head to toe. An alternatively refreshing and stimulating way to work out its neither repetitive or boring. Pole work increases coordination and boosts confidence as you find yourself accomplishing moves that previously seemed impossible. Plus you’ll look great doing it.

BADs Courses are held at John Madeski Academy Sport & Leisure and SportsPark University of Reading and are on their timetable.  For private tuition BADs have their own studio open Monday - Sunday (subject to availability).

Courses taught by a highly accredited Fitness Professional with insurance also a student of the accredited Vertical Dance Pole Instructor qualification.
