A Winter's Tale! The Continental Christmas Beer Festival hits Preston flag market! Thursday 16th - Sunday 19th December 2010, noon – midnight
The weekend before Christmas, when the last minute pressies are being bought, the decorations & the trees are making everything beautiful, what better to hit Preston’s Flag Market than a 4 day festive beer festival for added celebrations.
Preston’s finest food & drink establishment The Con...tinental along with the arts & culture aficionados They Eat Culture bring their legendary beer festival along with a vintage & contemporary fashion & art market to the city centre.
There will be a huge decorated marquee filled with 100+ cask ales & real ciders, a lager, wine & spirit bar, along with a host of musical treats. There will be mulled wines & ciders, hogroast & speciality food to keep you warm under the heaters and looking out at the stars and the city festivities from the sparkling Christmas courtyard.
Bazaar! And over the road we’ll have a lively bazaar for you to grab some last minute Christmas goodies including stalls from artists, craft designers, vintage & contemporary fashion, plus other pressies that’ll make someone’s Christmas morning. ** If you would wish to apply for a stall at the bazaar please email... curator@theyeatculture.org **
Open from noon til midnight from Thursday 16th to Sunday 19th, and only £2.50 entry, Preston should be prepared to welcome the Christmas season with great celebration.
