I never expected to hear A Liberal Education at the NMA gig in Preston last night. What was probably a warm up gig for the Bearded Theory festival which starts today, turned out to be one of the best NMA gigs I've been to.
There was so many surprises in the set, 225, and 1984, all in the wake of Thatchers overdue demise
The Hunt too, I remember when that was a new song in the set. If your going to Bearded Theory make sure you catch NMA cos it'll be a blinder.

awesome night, really good atmosphere and Falter absolutley smashed it as an opener really got the crowd warmed up.... MORE, MORE ,MORE !!!!!!:0)

The night was absolutely amazing, for my first gig, and for me to get pulled onstage for a push-up competition and win a free pure love tshirt, was absolutely mind blowing! The venue was classic and the skiddle entry was easy as ken! Top night!

Mark, as per usual demonstrated his talent... unfortunatle the gig was poorly advertised... if you were ever a bluetones fan, this was £10 very well spent..... thanks Mark...

Dead good night. Proper good music.
But why does all the beer taste like crap? Even stuff out of a can. It cant be just me that thinks this, especially at those prices!

Truly unique experience. Amazing actors and performers, wonderful crowd, and great venue staff. Even though everyone turned and stared at me and started singing Happy Birthday, I was pleased with the community spirit, even as I wished the earth would swallow me up.
