Annie Mac is probably one of the most aticipated DJ to grace the decks in Preston. We finally have her playing for two of the most exciting and diverse club nights around, FWAP! & Reclaim The Dancefloor. Annie's show on Radio 1 began in July 2004, when, working as an assistant producer on Zane Lowe's show, she impressed Radio 1 bosses with her demos and her determination.

Since then her show has gone from strength to strength. Annie Mac's show on Friday nights on Radio 1 has attracted a host of loyal followers from around the world and sees her play the cutting-edge dance music which she has become known for. Annie has established herself firmly as part of Radio 1's specialist output.

Annie is also a talented club DJ and is booked regularly to play the UKs most credible clubs. Annie has just completed her annual DJ tour 'Annie Mac Presents' which she has hosted for 3 years running. Annie personally chooses the line-up of DJs for her tour, both established and up-and-coming to play in her favourite clubs across the UK. 2009 has seen Annie DJ at more festivals than ever, plus regular dates in Ibiza and around the world.

Her TV work has seen Annie contribute regularly to BBC2's The Culture show, reviewing new music releases. She has also done work for MTV2 presenting 'Gonzo'. In October 2007 Annie helped launch BBC Switch, the BBC's offering for 12-16 year olds. It was announced that Annie would front Switch, a brand new Sunday night Radio 1 show, and co-host a new weekly music TV show 'Sound' alongside Nick Grimshaw on BBC2 every Saturday afternoon.

Since her show began, Annie has gone from strength to strength, her show becoming part of the audio fabric of the nation on a Friday night. From the end of September 2009, Annie began to host the prestigious Friday night 7-9pm slot, taking over from the legend that is Pete Tong. She also continues to co-present Switch with Nick Grimshaw on Sundays from 7-10pm.

Doorly is without doubt one of the most technical and creative DJs around. We guarantee that you will be completely blown away by his DJ sets.

What do Ibiza Rocks, Wax:On, Metropolis and Reclaim The Dance Floor all have in common? The cream of international DJ line-ups? Legendary tales of debauchery? A clutch of awards and critical acclaim? Yes, yes, and yes, and one more important ingredient; genre-hopping resident and rapidly rising UK producer/DJ talent, Doorly.

Presiding over an electronic melting pot of techno, electro, Futureg Garage, drum'n'bass and dubstep doused with hip-hop and splashes of indie; Doorly's movement behind the decks is relentless. Scratching and splicing riffs, loops, beats and bass to form a sonically seamless, mash-up masterpiece as seen on his recent Radio 1 mini-mix for Annie Mac; it's understandable that Doorly is often described as 'an old school block party DJ using new school technology'.

In turn, Doorly landed residencies at Wax: On, Metropolis and Ibiza Rocks where he also now presents the Ibiza Rocks Podcast. More recently, he's also added Manumission's new Ibiza techno / dubstep creation “Reclaim the Dancefloor” @ Eden (A night that he also programmes) to the list and earned a regular place on Radio One’s ‘Annie Mac presents…’ tour; as well as Zane Lowe’s “DJ Hero” tour and regular upcoming sets for some opf the UK’s leading clubs including Chibuku & Manchester’s “Warehouse Project”. With him, his usual epic DJ set up: 3 CDJs, 2 x 1210s, an EFX unit and a Pioneer 800!

On the production front, Doorly's now slouch either with recent remixes for artists including the likes of Dizzee Rascal, Basement Jaxx, The Prodigy, Calvin Harris, Groove Armada, Kanye West, Marina & The Diamonds and Mstrkrft. All crafted in Doorly’s inimitable, genre defying style, from techno and disco through electro to dubstep & back again! Doorly's remixes have earned heavy radio 1 spins from the likes of Annie Mac & Pete Tong, Zane Lowe, Rob Da Bank & Annie Nightingale as well as being an omnipresent force at the top of the Hype Machine charts.

★★★ D.O.D ★★★ (Mixmag Ibiza Resdient)

At the age of 22, D.O.D is considered one of the most exciting new talents to come from dance music. D.O.D has just recently recieved a two page spread about himself in Mixmag. He has also just been featured on Radio with Kissy Sell Out where D.O.D recorded a guest mix for the Radio 1 star.

It is not just his technical skills that separate him from the rest as his creative abilities and imaginative style always shines through when he hits the decks, never failing to impress. Before every show, he digs out the finest acapellas, bootlegs and instrumentals to bridge the gap for switching genres of music.

With gigs lined up at Cream, Chibuku, Lush (Northern Ireland), and Digital, 2011 is looking like D.O.D's year to shine. His debut EP will be released early February, just in time for this spectacular show.
