Lineup and details

The Cann Twins, scintillating duo-pianists, play a classical music concert on two grand pianos.

The concert will include music by Rachmaninoff, Strauss's Blue Danube Waltz, Rimsky-Korsakoff's Flight of the Bumble Bee, Borodin's Polovtsian Dances and dances from the Nutcracker Suite by Tchaikovsky.

The Cann Twins frequently give masterclasses in America and Europe and have been invited to the Royal College of Music, London and also to Stetson University in Florida, U.S.A. as Visiting Professors.

Claire and Antoinette have appeared on television in the UK, Japan, the USA and New Zealand and are regularly broadcast on radio in the UK for the BBC and Classic FM and have also broadcast on national radio in Canada, Denmark and Germany.

The Cann Twins' recordings have won top awards, including Gramophone Critic’s Choice, Classic FM Critic’s Choice, HMV's Best 49 CDs and a rosette in the Penguin Guide to Compact Discs.
