Lineup and Details for Be amongst the hockey action this summer – ticket free! on Sun 29th July 2012

If you can't get to the Olympic stadium during the Games this summer, don't worry! Great Britain Hockey is creating 35 GB 'Hockey Houses' around the country where fans and sport enthusiasts can congregate to watch the GB men and women take on the rest of the world in what will be the nation's most memorable summer.

Raise the roof, celebrate the goals and 'oooooh' the tackles! 20 Mitchells & Butlers pubs, including the O'Neills chain, and a further 11 hockey clubs will be home to the Hockey Houses this summer. To find you local venue visit http://www.hockeynation.info

Sally Munday, Chief Operating Officer of GB Hockey, says: "Hockey Houses are the next best thing to being at the Games this summer. Each venue will be dressed in British bunting with life-sized cut-outs of GB players. Information on match times, results tables, inflatable hockey sticks and balls and GB Hockey giveaways. Get ready to be wowed by the skills of our hockey stars and the adrenaline filled, fast paced game. Be proud to be British and get behind our players: wear red and fly the flag for GB!"

The Hockey Houses will screen all of Great Britains hockey matches at the Olympic Games, beginning with the GB womens clash with Japan at 7:00pm on Sunday 29 July and the GB men's first match, against Argentina, at 7:00pm on Monday 30 July. No entry cost.
