Lineup and details for The Last Days of Summer Festival on Monday 25th August 2008

On Bank Holiday Monday August 25^th, country estate Stowe House, Stowe near Silverstone racing circuit, will host the inaugural Last Days of Summer Festival.

One Stage, One Day.

Oxford ’s rockers Supergrass will headline Last Days of Summer until The Sun Hits The Sky. The Last Days of Summer will see the only UK solo appearance by The Verve’s charistmatic frontman Richard Ashcroft, indie rock band Athlete and the US band Fun Lovin’ Criminal will support alongside some of the most exciting new sounds coming out of both sides of the Atlantic in The Rascals, Young Knives, Black Kids and Royworld.

The Last Days of Summer Festival takes place at Stowe House, Stowe, Bucks on Monday August 25th. The event car park will open from 10.30am, gates open at Midday, performances start at 1.30pm and the event finishes at 11.00pm. Set-times and further information will be posted closer to the event.
