    MUSIC NO BOUNDARIES: THE FINALE'

           "OFFICIAL FRINGE EVENT"

The City of Manchester hosts the biggest unsigned music festival in Europe where the music industry stands side-by-side with music fans in the hope of catching a glimpse of the next big thing.

This year, FMS Promotions & ManchesterRadioOnline.COM have hi-jacked one of the city's largest and most unique venues - The Moon Under Water - and will once again play host to one of the "Official Fringe Events" of the In The City Festival in 2008.

The Moon Under Water have a capacity to hold over 1,400 people - that during the course of the event will play host to some of the finest local, national and international unsigned bands and artistes.

Accompanying the bands and artistes performing on our final evening, we are delighted to announce that Manchester Soul Diva - Rowetta - of Happy Mondays fame, and more recently, a finalist on X Factor will be performing live as part of our finale' on Tuesday 7th October.
