Even before pen went to paper about the history of DC10's Tribal roots, Clive Henry was the cave painting on the wall in it's evolution. Known as one half of Peace Division, Clive's mesmerising sets have even had Danny Tenaglia directing traffic at his DC10 residency. The deep, dark and dirty machine that is Clive Henry was first activated some 14 years ago running his own ‘Gosh’ parties, gaining the attention of Rocky of X-Press-2. Clive & Rocky went on to form Low Pressings in 1996, originally as an outlet for Soul Purpose and Peace Division productions. Now with nearly 50 releases under the label, including his massive 2009 stormer ‘Eh Oh Um’ release, it is now considered one of the most highly respected underground dance labels in the UK. There can be no overselling for what Peace Division did for the tribal sound both in the UK and all over starship earth. Paving the way for likes of Steve Lawler, Jamie Jones and anybody that fly’s under the banner of what we're proud to call our UK sound.
Alongside Clive's well-sourced record bag the Audio Farmers will be bringing you the finest assortment of Funk, House and Techno until the early hours. Plus our little green, and slightly milk sodden fingers will transform what was once an institute for the Deaf with our freaky farmyard décor, aiding your escape to the surreal world of Audio Farm.
Gaz Roberts is label founder of the Dirty Planet techno imprint. The labels releases are supported by the scenes greatest luminaries and can be heard in clubs and festivals around the world. Dirty Planet has gained global support achieved through a forward thinking approach to Techno, delivering ground breaking releases from a diverse selection of artists carefully compiled by the dedicated label founder.
Continuously working on the development of Dirty Planet with a true passion for techno in all its forms makes his Dj sets unique, sticking to his vinyl roots igniting a musical journey through deep and intricate tech house, trippy grooves, mind bending sounds and the feshest Techno to be found.
