Kafka in the sink is a brand new play by writer Gavin Crippin. Brought to the stage by the ground breaking theatre company A Rebours Theatre Co. Since 2009, A Rebours have been presenting edgy, zeitgeist drama to sell out audiences across
Manchester and London.
Kafka in the sink brings back together the cast of the companys North West Playwrights Best New Play Award nominated piece Cupcakes and Carousels. Kaka in the sink is a political drama filled to the brim with black comedy, the play brings to life the stark reality of the coalitions target driven welfare state.
What do you get when you throw some rose tinted spectacles, a gob on a stick and a man on the edge into a room full of paint brushes? 2012s version of our Big Society
Being performed throughout the beginning of July at Greater Manchesters hottest new fringe venue; The Black Lion, Salford and The Underground Venues at the Buxton Fringe.
