Saturday 25th February 2012 @ Sound Control, 1 New Wakefield Street (off Oxford Rd), Manchester M1 5WH 12 noon - 6pm
Offering up to 50 STALLS, THREE THEMED SHOPPING FLOORS, 2 PERFORMANCE STAGES, a full programme of entertainment & installations + a lounge bar chill-out area and private outdoor terrace, it is the UKs greatest alternative shopping experience.

House of Heels
The ground floor "House of Heels" area offers a fully licensed bar, chill out area with settees & tables, and an outdoor smoking/seating terrace.
There is also a large 20sqM showcase display area featuring

The "Burlesque Boudior" is is located on the upper floor, and houses the main performance stage featuring :
Kittie Klaw
"Kittie Klaw is the founder of the Ministry of Burlesque and one of the most iconic British performers of the last decade, and will provide the closing headline burlesque show"
Ministry of Burlesque Movers & Shakers
"Movers & Shakers is a performance feature, showcasing the up & coming performers from Kittie's Newcomers Workshops. There will be regular shows on the hour throughout the afternoon."
Neo-Victorian Peepshow Installation
"In true "What the Butler Saw" style, Ministry of Burlesque will offer you a naughty peek at perfectly posed Pin-Ups in a decadently sumptuous Boudoir of Beauty"

The "Cellar of Sin" is situated in the basement, and houses a second performance stage, featuring :
Twisted Cabaret Performances From The Vivid Angel
"Described by Bizarre Magazine as The Queen of Alternative Performance and The Ultimate Showgirl, The Vivid Angel is an avant garde performance artiste of exceptional talent. She is a Freakshow Diva, a Burlesque Honey, a Lover of Fire & Cabaret Chanteuse, and arguably one of the very best Twisted Cabaret performers in the world."
Poledancing performances from Blush Dance
"Manchester based Blush Dance offer poledance tuition for fitness or performance. As well as 2 feature performances, interested guests will be able to have a short lesson and try some moves. There will be performance from both Becky & Maria"
Hosted by Simon Southerin
Freakshow performer and amazing magician Simon Southerin will be your host for the afternoon, both on stage and walkabout

Admission is £5 on the door - strictly over 18's only

Directions : Narrow street by the viaduct at Oxford Rd Train Station, Revolution Bar on the corner
Parking : Meter parking is available on Hulme Street & Charles Street + NCP on Charles Street, there is no parking immediately outside the venue.
