Saturday February 11th, when Guilty Pleasures bounces back in your lives in hi top trainers and leotards ready to whip you into shape at the Lets Get Physical Workout Party! Providing the soundtrack of euphoric pop and disco, theyll be banishing the bingo wings as we dance until dawn, sweat off that stuffing and having ourselves a right good time.
Leading you all in a heart-pumping, disco dancing, full throttle workout of a night out will be djs, hosts and former Slimmers World champions:
Sean Rowley
Anna Greenwood
Jane Weaver
Dressing appropriately for such great feats of athleticism is advised, so pour yourself into the lycra, slap on the sweatbands and get ready to feel the burn!
So lets get this year off to a racing start and come work it out with GP and LETS GET PHYSICAL!
