Following on from the success of Januarys redbull music academy special with koda 9, hudson mohawke & actress, we are continuing our quest to bring you upfront and exciting dj's producers and artists from the current music scene.

So we welcome back one of our personal highlights from last year Brackles for his return trip to Hoya. We enjoyed his set so much back in October that we had to give him the Birthday slot this year, and joining him is one of our favorite producers of late Floating Points, who will be making his hoya:hoya debut. If your not familiar with either of these guys then trust us, this is going to be one hell of a show!!

And if that wasn't all we have invited a secret special surprise Birthday guest along to the event, we are not going to let slip on the name but past surprise guests have included the likes of Harmonic 313, Ras G, Olivier Daysoul plus more, so you know that we the guest is going to be BIG!! trust us when we say this in one not to be missed!!!!!!

Brackles
Something interesting is brewing on the fringes of dubstep, and 24-year-old Rob Kemp, better known as Brackles, is right in the thick of it. The London-based DJ has been spinning garage records and wowing crowds with his insane turntable skills since he was 15 years old, but it's his next-level production work that has truly thrust him into the limelight.

Singles on Planet Mu, Applepips, Berkane Sol, and Pollen, not to mention high-profile remixes for the likes of Kid Cudi vs. Crookers, Tempa T, and MSTRKRFT, have showcased Brackles' love for skittery, leftfield garage and his ability to make refined dancefloor tunes—you certainly won't find him resorting to cliché bass overloads that have all the subtlety of a chainsaw to the head.
