The Warehouse Project are proud to present a unique homecoming show
by music legend Ian Brown on Friday, 11th June 2010 as part of the 100th
anniversary celebrations of renowned Platt Fields Park.
The former Stone Roses front man and all round music icon is set to relive his childhood in front of 15,000 adoring home fans at a special event marking the start of the summer.
Ian Brown will be joined by a diverse range of leading artists including dance supremos UNKLE, Bad Lieutenant, which features New Order front man and guitarist Bernard Sumner, Manchester rockers The Whip, uber cool turntablists Scratch Perverts, celebrated Haçienda DJ Mike Pickering, ex-New Order bass player Peter Hook (DJ set) and the Now Wave DJs on a line-up that will guarantee Manchester’s biggest night of music in 2010.
Elsewhere, the line-up features a who’s who of Manchester nightlife including everyone from Ninja Tune’s Mr. Scruff to the legendary Factory band A Certain Ratio.
