Taking charge week is DJ Trafford Lovething. The pioneering star of the Mancunian soul-funk scene. Traffords original Car Wash night at the old Man Alive club in the late 80's recreated the Citys love affair with disco music and made it credible again. Amongst Traffords other many claims to fame are he once danced the night away with Diana Ross at NYC's Studio 54 club, he was a roadie for the Sex Pistols during their infamous USa tour, a dancer with Sister Sledge at the Hacienda and recently appeared naked in the Guardian. Nice. Tonight will be anything but dull. Enjoy.
