Manchester sees the return of Goodgreef Xtra Hard as the northwest superclub look to raise the roof for a one off special event @ K2 in Manchester . This time they have joined forces with original resident & hard dance’s rising starlet Alex Kidd in what is set to be an amalgamation of hard dance debauchery. The event, which will take place on the final Friday in January, will celebrate the birth of the Kidd’s newest brainchild; Kiddfectious, which will be the platform to pioneer his studio creations with Kiddfectious Records.

After his genre defining antics at Kiddfields and the Kairotic insubordination of Kiddstock, Alex was named as one of only 5 hard dance DJ’s on the planet, to claim a place in DJ Magazine’s prestigious annual TOP 150 DJ poll. Last year’s diary was saturated with a multitude of headline slots at all the major club nights, prodigious performances at every major festival and countless excursions across Europe, Australia and Canada to name a few,along with guest mixing on Eddie Halliwell’s Radio 1 show and playing out before Yoji at Dance Valley, The Kiddfectious bug has been rapidly infecting dancefloors worldwide whilst his legion of devotee followers ‘OBEY THE KIDD’. Alex says, “It will showcase some of the finest artists and leaders in the styles that I play alongside the freshest and most advanced raw blood that’s doing the damage right now. There will of course be a lot of my own projects and productions on the label, new collaborations, bootlegs, remixes and solo EP's so it's a really exciting time in AKHQ at the moment.”

To accelerate to the party into 5th gear, meritorious support that encapsulates the Xtra-Hard, Kiddfectious sound will be in the form of ‘Queen of the Scene’; Lisa Pinup and the Dutch hardstyle phenomenon; DJ Luna. Also on the bill is Radio One’s very own Kutski who will be showcasing his precocious turntablist talents in the Kiddfectious lab alongside the territorial talents of local heroes Neal Thomas & new Goodgreef signing Morgan!

Room Two sees a brace of hand-picked talent assembled by Alex who represent the future of the hard dance scene! Not content with providing one room of blistering music the Future Floor Fillers are the guys who will making as their careers continue to grow.
