EventCity in Manchester Events and tickets

Located next to The Trafford Centre in Manchester, EventCity is a vast single building situated on a privately-owned 24-acre site, surrounded by free parking and with immediate access to major motorway networks.

EventCity launched as ‘the exhibition space' in March 2011, and has since hosted a portfolio of prestigious consumer & trade shows plus high profile entertainment events including The X Factor Manchester auditions, the Commonweath Heavyweight Boxing Title, the Powersnooker Masters Trophy and 'The Greatest Party on Earth' (the premiere Christmas party nights in the North West attracting over 10,000 festive revellers).

Now recognised as a key venue in the North West, Event City has an exciting calendar of events lined up in 2012 that include general interest exhibitions, specialist hobby shows, trade fairs and entertainment events.

The building was constructed in the late 1990’s, and has been used for a variety of commercial purposes over the last fifteen years. In 2010 the building was known as the ‘Museum of Museums’ a heritage and ‘edutainment’ venue, then launched as an official public events & exhibition centre, EventCity, in March 2011.
