As we move into the summer months, SoCo Social will be bringing a bite-size chunk of Ibiza to Manchester with another stellar free event.

 

SoCo Social will return to The Dry Bar (28-30 Oldham St, Manchester) on Friday 25^th July from 8pm to midnight, bringing with it with some of the biggest names that will be setting the party isle alight this summer – the legendary Steve Angello and up-and-coming electro heads Leatherhead.

 

Headlining the Ibiza-tinged SoCo Social in Manchester is the mighty Swede, Steve Angello. Angello has remixed the likes of Moby, Goldfrapp, Royksopp and Deep Dish, has been nominated as 'Best Producer' at the House Awards, and has won the acclaimed 'Best Newcomer' at last year’s DJ Awards in Ibiza. Angello has proved his stature by being crowned one of the new residents at Pacha, Ibiza this summer and will be the soundtrack to many people’s holiday on the party isle this year.  His diverse set keep the crowds electrified, and no matter how many times you see him play, you will rarely hear the same track twice!

Angello will be supported by Leatherhead, a blistering hot DJ duo from South London, who bang out dirty electro tunes via house and other beats. Having packed out the SoCo Social tent at Rock Ness festival and other tents at festivals around the UK, this will be the last time to catch them before they play at Pete Tong’s new night, Wonderland, at Eden, Ibiza a week later. Expect exploding club anthems, hard hitting bass lines and lots of nice glitchy beats.
