Lineup and details Lineup and details

Chrome Hoof are a 10-piece, space-jazz obsessed, progressive-doom band in glittery capes. Theirs is a world of psychedelic futurism, described as "joining the dots between intergalactic disco and satanic menace" by the BBC, a powerful live force that need to be seen to be believed. The night also presents Rolo Tomassi, Sheffield’s jazz-punk key-bashing psycho youth collective alongside Glasgow’s Gay Against You, whose live outings regularly incite the kind of moshpit action normally reserved for hardcore punk gigs. An evening perfectly rounded off by Agaskodo Teliverek. This extraordinary outfit have developed a huge cult following for their brilliantly surreal and flamboyant performances.

// Chrome Hoof

The 10 piece Chrome Hoof is an experimental orchestra formed in London in 2000. A space jazz obsessed progressive-doom band in glittery capes, theirs is a world of phychedelic futurism, described as "joining the dots between intergalactic disco and satanic menace" by the BBC, a powerful live force that need to be seen to be believed.

// Rolo Tomassi

Sheffield’s sprightly jazz-punk key-bashing psycho youth collective are raring to unleash their grizzly twisted electro-metal riffs and off-the-radar vocals on all who dare to catch their breathtaking, unmissable live shows.

// Gay Against You

Glasgow’s friendliest electro extremists Gay Against You are a duo armed with little more than a laptop, two microphones and their fragile bodies. Their live outings regularly incite the kind of moshpit action normally reserved to hardcore punk gigs. Expect high-speed, ultra-distorted beat vignettes, a lot of shouting and kamikaze-style body performance.

// Agaskodo Teliverek

Taking their name from the Hungarian for “Rearing Stallions”, this extraordinary outfit, comprised of two Hungarian guitar heroes, one glamorous female Japanese vocal performer and a guy called Pharao, have been lighting up London’s stages for some time now. They release their hectic sci-fi punkabilly records on the excellent Adadat label and are unafraid to walk that extra mile or three toward brilliantly surreal onstage flamboyance. Psycho goulash!
