Polestars is the
alternative fitness school, teaching women from all walks of life how to dance
for fun and fitness. Since their launch in 2002, Polestars have taught over
60,000 women through their courses and hen parties.
A one off taster session is the perfect way
to try out a pole dancing lesson without committing to a full course. You
will have fun and experience a new fitness class to remember!
Our taster sessions are 2 hours long. They
follow the format of the first dance class of the course, introducing you to
the pole and a selection of spins, tricks and linking moves. Pole dancing
classes are perfect for toning and strengthening your upper body as well as
