After five years of running pole dancing lessons, Polestars pole dancing courses are the best and most comprehensive in the country. Our teachers are chosen not only for their skills in pole dancing, but their ability to explain and demonstrate the moves clearly as well as their vibrant and bubbly personalities.

During the 6 week course (2 hours per week) you’ll learn a catalogue of spins, tricks, dance and linking moves, with the chance to put them into a routine. There will be between 10 and 12 girls in the class so you’ll have plenty of time to perfect your technique. The classes are for fun and fitness for women of all shapes and sizes. Pole dancing is excellent for improving muscle tone (and especially good for getting rid of those bingo wings!) You will walk away from the course feeling stronger, sexier and a new found confidence! The six week course is £140.
