The New Year is here and El Rumbon Cubano is back - on a different day of the week - at a new home!
Join us on Thursday 19th January at The Shoreditch in Shoreditch High Street near Old Street where well have live music from one of the Cuban music scenes favourite bands -Jesús Cutiño & Son de Cuba, on stage from 10pm.
DJ Javier will be spinning for our musical pleasure with a choice assortment of superb timba, salsa, and more.
The Rumbon always features a dance class and this month the Havana Londres team will be teaching one of their hugely popular always fun, rueda (Cuban Wheel) classes.
Be sure to get there early to guarantee a place!
7.45 pm 8.45 pm. Intermediate/advanced levels.
Doors open 7 pm till 2am.
£10 on the door (includes dance class and live music)
£5 after 11.30pm
~ Come down early and enjoy some delicious well priced food from the extensive Shoreditch menu. Delicious treats like Fried Calamari, Merguez Sausages, Hummous & Flatbread, Meatballs, Sandwiches, Falafel, Burritos, Burgers & Piri Piri Chicken mean you can make a night of it.
~ The Shoreditch also does a wicked Cheese Fondue which you can enjoy with a bottle of red wine for just £20. Perfect for sharing!
~ From snacks to full meals, you can take your pick. Kitchen is open til midnight.
~ To top it all, you can get 4 beers or 2 cocktails for £10 right up until 10pm or even later if the barstaff are in a good mood!
~ Your favourite Mojitos and Cuba Libres are available as well as Shoreditch specials like the Coconut Caipirinha and Velvet Mai Tai.
