British pianist Ivana Gavri was named Newcomer of the Year 2011 by BBC Music Magazine following her Wigmore Hall début and highly acclaimed first recording In the mists for Champs Hill Records, both in 2010.
The disc marks her continuing relationship with the CHR label with whom she released her second album in September 2011 to critical acclaim. Ivana featured as Gramophone Magazines One to Watch and BBC Music Magazines Rising Star.
