Following from the multi-genre mashup for charity that was Troublestock!, Chew The Fat! get back to business with a cracking lineup for May.
RITON – Riton is becoming a bit of a regular at Chew The Fat! His set back in November was a monster and he returns to get the main room rocking again. Due to release his new LP on Modular very soon, he’s one of the UK’s most cutting edge producers and is currently rocking Europe as the Radio Soulwax tour DJ.
MEAT KATIE - The king of tech-funk, Meat Katie is the house, breaks and techno producer it’s impossible to pigeon hole. Currently working on his new Ministry Sessions mix compilation, new artist EPs and a collaboration with Chew The Fat resident Kid Blue, his DJ sets always rock it. Don’t miss!
ALEX METRIC – An amazing year for Alex Metric has seen him remix Hard-Fi, Metric, Splittr and Black Daniel. More recently he released the acclaimed ‘Your Machine’ EP in March, and is now polishing his LP off for Marine Parade records. One of the most exciting young producers in the world.
JEM HAYNES - Resident at Chew The Fat’s room at Space in Ibiza, Jem’s bumping mix of breaks and house is carefully crafted with his own edits and sneaky bootlegs that are perfect to finish the night off and leave the crowd with a smile on their face.
JUNG - Making his Chew The Fat! debut is Jung, an up and coming DJ/blogster who caught the attention of the Fat! crew with his inventive mix sets and impeccable taste in music. Head to www.muujun.co.uk to find out more.
