Especially suitable for beginners, this course consists of 12 weekends (once a month) delivering a progressive Tai Chi and meditation courses, led by Andy Spragg and Denise Coster from the Re-Vitalise retreats organisation.
During the 12 months you will learn the Tai Chi form, mindfulness, a number of Buddhist meditations and a set of Tai Chi Exercises. The focus of this course is on health benefits and stress management and includes a full training pack and DVD which accompanies the course, allowing you to undertake your own practise between the weekends.
The Venue is The Albany Club in Little Albany Street, Regents Park. The Albany Club is London's most unique and complete luxury health and fitness centre
The full, annual course costs £1800 for the 12, weekends. To book in, you pay for the first weekend at a cost of £225. If, after this weekend, you are happy with the course and teaching and wish to continue, you pay the balance on the full course fee.
