With this Eastern dance style bringing an array of energy and vibrancy, Angel Dancers is encouraging children and adults of all ages to fuse eastern and western steps and join the enigmatic world of Bollywood.  Classes are held every Monday at The Archbishop Lanfranc School on Mitcham Road, CR9 3AS from 7.30pm-8.30pm and 8.30pm-9.30pm.*

The new term springs into action from Monday 21^st April 2008, and people of all ages and levels of ability are welcome.  Whether you are an experienced dancer or more of a beginner, classes aim to build the confidence of each student and progress on to rhythmic steps and lively dance routines.  For the new term, the first class is being offered for free for those who simply want a ‘taster.’ Classes feature an eclectic mix of traditional and contemporary East and West music, incorporating a range of dance styles.  The classes provide a great source of fun and enjoyment and help to maintain health and fitness levels of both children and adults alike.

Students from Angel Dancers are frequently asked to take part in live shows both here in the UK and abroad.  As well as shows, students have also been involved in films including East is East, Bend It Like Beckham and the Hollywood meets Bollywood hit movie, Bride and Prejudice.  All students from Angel Dancers have the opportunity to take part in shows across the UK, displaying accurate routine sequences and dynamic performance skills through different styles and rhythmic patterns.
