OUR VALENTINE CELEBRATION
It may not seem like it but it is 40 years since the iconic album "1000 volts of Holt" was released.
The Bunny Lee produced album, which includes hit songs like " Never, Never, Never", "Mr Bojangles" and "I'll Take a Melody" sold immediately a great number of copies and the cover hit "Help me make it through the night" got to number 6 in the Uk charts .
This timeless album isa classic "must have" for every serious collector.
Since then John Holt has gone from strength to strength and has become one of the most important Jamaican Artists, enjoying worldwide popularity with every audience young and old and achieving cross over success when Blondie covered one of his already popular songs.
What better way to celebrate this year's Valentine other than spending an evening up close and personal with 2 giants of reggae music.
The HonourableSir John Holt will ride the tide high once again and perform to his fans as never seen before all the memorable hits from the album and more.
And helping make it through the night another reggae giant , Freddy MC Gregor,
will get the audience rocking with hits like " I don't wanna be lonely" " Push come to shove" and many more.
Also performing on the night The Lust crew , Lukie D, Tony Curtis, Thriller U, Singing Melody
