downstairs- Definition DeadEcho is a combined effort from Rob Bradley and Adam Firman. Those who have heard their sets will know they dont believe in sticking within one genre or sound and those who hear their music will know why. Their schizophrenic take on this scene seems to be going down well though so far as their music has been called Stupid Awesome by Claude von Stroke and a New hope for house music from Mixmag. Throw in chart and DJ support from the likes of Claude von Stroke, My Favorite Robot, James Teej, Ewan Pearson, Audiojack and Terry Francis and its safe to say these boys have been noticed in their first year on the scene.Last year, saw them not only releasing on their own highly respected Save You imprint but also leading Techno label FVF Records and super Spanish label Flumo Recordings to much acclaim. So much, so that in 2012 they have EPs dropping on two of their favourite labels on the planet, the booming and boundary pushing My Favorite Robot Records and Audioflys first class Supernature. Additionally, Claude von Stroke charted their track ''Coming At Ya Now'' in his top ten of last year. DeadEcho, have played with Lee Foss, Subb-An and Matt Tolfrey. This year is set to be their breakthrough year so keep your ears open!!

To complement them we have acquired the services of Italian nu disco magician Goodwork Office who are firm favourites at the Definition headquarters. Expect the sweetest melodies and deep beats from them! Joining are guests in the main room will be residents Montana Cruz, Foxx, Prime Ideal and Luca Piermattei with their customary energetic and deep sets, filled with underground sounds. Our residents have been making their names known widely, impressing and playing with the likes of Troy Pierce, Anja Schneider, Christian Burkhardt, System of Survival, Smokin Jo', Hannah Holland, Toni D to name a few and have now become a synonym for fantastic electronic music and the foundation to Definition's success. Definition parties have featured so far guests including Tim Sheridan, Chris Woodward and Jozif to name a few. For our fourth outing at this well-known Shoreditch spot we have something very special lined-up with a truly diverse and exciting team of residents and guests chosen for your dancing pleasure. The DJ line up chosen for our Future Echoes session takes into consideration the quality and depth presently existent in a variety of electronic music genres and sub-categories. Focusing on the brilliance and excellence of nu disco, tech and deep house but always finding time and space for introducing new and pioneering sounds... and as far as vibes are concerned...we are a warm atmosphere party consisting of a friendly-attitude crowd.

upstairs- Emmanuelle's Party Bucket brought the likes of Soul Clap and Jay Shepheard to intimate venues around Leeds. In summer 2010 they made the journey down the M1 to continue the party at Horse & Groom bringing guests such as Richy Ahmed(Hot Natured) & Ryan Shaw(EAR) to our warm, welcoming environment. Creators & Residents Death on the Balcony will be joined by friends, regular guests along the way. So fall head first into the bucket, surround yourself with good people, good grooves and expect nothing but the best disco/house/deep techno around! Our parties in 2011 @ Horse and Groom were a huge success not to mention the party just gone in january to kick off 2012 one of our most lively parties to date! ...
