We have finally got our man!

After nearly seven years at the top of the pile the kings of the capitals Hip-Hop scene (Time Out), The Doctors Orders, are over excited to announce one of the very few DJs that have been on the wish list from the start that has not yet had the pleasure playing one of their hundreds of events.

Kenny Dope has been one of the most influential names in music since he started as a DJ throwing Brooklyn block parties in 1985. Alongside his production and DJ partner Louie Vega he is one half of Masters At Work who while best known for their house productions & remixes are responsible for some of the most soul drenched sounds ever heard on dance-floors around the globe including 1996s brilliant Nuyorican Soul. Remixes for a whos who including Michael Jackson, Jamiroquai, Bjork, George Benson & Madonna to name a few and The Bucketheads chart topping The Bomb, one of Kennys many successful side projects, all show the depth of jazz, soul and disco infused musicianship that informs not only their production work but DJ sets.
