LOOK WHO'S JOINED THE PARTY...
It’s now less than four months to go until the incredible South West Four returns to Clapham Common for the seventh consecutive summer. We have made it our mission to deliver to you the ultimate electronic line-up and so far we have confirmed some of club lands most prestigious artists. We feel it is now time to entice you with another eagerly anticipated announcement for our August Bank Holiday rave up.
SOUTH WEST FOUR 2010 DAY ONE: SATURDAY 28TH AUGUST
The next instalment of additions to Saturday’s line-up throws up yet more talking points as we welcome some of dance music’s heavyweights to Clapham Common. One of dance music’s true icons Sasha, is no stranger to South West Four. We’re delighted to welcome him back in 2010 as he continues to prove himself as one of the finest artists the scene has ever produced. Coming off the back of another crazy summer residency at Pacha Ibiza, SW4 is delighted to welcome Erick Morillo for an exclusive London festival performance. One of the godfathers of UK house music and the voice of BBC Radio 1, Pete Tong will play on the Saturday of our new SW4 Weekender. Pete has now been at the forefront of the industry for over 20 years and we welcome back this ambassador of all things electronic for another mesmerising performance. Pete will be joined by one of house music’s most recent success stories, with Laidback Luke playing South West Four for the very first time. In a year that has seen him produce some of the biggest tunes to hit our airwaves, Laidback Luke ends a hectic summer with a trip to South West London.
To add to the credentials of an already impressive Gallery Arena, we’ve decided to ‘Go Dutch’! Having entered the DJ Mag Top 100 poll last year at number 10 and 50 respectively, Sander van Doorn and Marco V are two of the most popular trance acts on the planet. Sander is currently half way through a major tour of America, whilst Marco has been working on the next instalment of his V.ISION series. However, it’s their eagerly anticipated World Exclusive back-to-back set at SW4 that will get tongues wagging.
