Helen and Dougls House - Strut For Shan

Shaniqwa Kyarra Gooden died on the 13th of December 2011 from PNET cancer of the brain and spine.

She was the most inspirational 3 year old child we have ever come across. through a year of having intensive chemotherapy, brain surgery and radiotherapy her spirit never deminished. She continued to be loving caring and a joy to have around. Shan died in the Helen and Douglas House Hospice at 8:30pm the staff there made an incredibly difficult time easier to go through with their empathetic care and skills. Team Shan are giving back to this charity but we cannot do it on our own.........
