Andy quirk presents Hits of the Near Future @ Monsta on Friday May 23rd with...
Nine Ashes / The Sirens Call / Kitsch / Hot Beds
Andy quirk presents a towering night of indie entertainment at Monsta with dancefloor indie hits filling the gaps before, between and after.
Monsta's night of brand new spanking indierock entertainment is headlined by ex Essex boys Nine Ashes, who make the sort of melodic yet raw sound that gets people dancing and singing at a second's notice. "If you can imagine The Police on drugs and then speeded up and made good, then this is the sort of band these were", according to one source. The Sirens Call hail from Oxford and make soaring melodic rock songs with anthem written all over them. Drawn from across Europe, Kitsch make the sort of melodic dance driven rock that would easily sit level with The Killers. Burning across the UK with a slew of good reviews in their wake. Opening at 7.45 are Hot Beds, dark electro pop with crashing guitars and soaring choruses. Arrive early!
