 alistairmould en Offline Points:27 Posts: 1 : 1 | Nordic Church Overall rating: We arrived with our rather poorly four year old son at the Nordic Church to watch our son's girlfriend perform. Despite not having picked up our wrist bands, the staff were very understanding and kind and allowed us in even though we understand they did not need to do this. The p[erformance we saw by the Community choir and Indigo Dream were truly wonderful and would have graced any stage. Although you might have advertised the event more outside the venue, the overall experience was very good. A minor quibble would be that the website ought to have been more user friendly and I look forward to seeing some improvements for next year. Well done! | ||||||||||||||

1) The website was poor
2) The people on the ticket desk were not really 'with it'
3) The signage outside the event was either not there or extremely poor - mainly just not there!!
4) We went to the circus skills and pole dancing and could not work the life.Fortunately somebody got in that knew the code (code!!??). We then spoke to loads of people after who couldn't get up there. Even the girl checking tickets at the venue didn't know!!
