This is an all weather event.

The Lincolnshire village of Brant Broughton has decided to host a Summer Music Festival.

The headline acts include up and coming Liverpool band, Night Parade, Will Kevans from London as well as established South African performer Robin Auld.

Real ale and full bar will be available and a selection of catering companies will be providing delicious food at reasonable prices.

All the summer festival essentials will be available from ice-cream to CD of your favourite act and other promotions including t-shirts will be on sale and through the website. Please bring a picnic and drink if you wish.

Entertainment will be on show throughout the event. For the children the play ground and bouncy castle will provide hours of fun.

Music workshops will be available for children in the acoustic lounge throughout the afternoon with an african drummer and other performers.

Ticket Information

Tickets for the festival are limited as we want to keep the party atmosphere.

Please bring ID to the event.

If you purchase an e-ticket, ID will be required for the purchaser at the event entrance. We reserve the right to ask for proof of ID and age and to take a security deposit of up to the full ticket price until this can be provided at our discretion.

No children under the age of 16 will be admitted unless accompanied by an adult.

Tickets will be available on the day (cash only) but please check the web site to ensure we are not sold out.

Camping can be provided at £5 per night per person.

Gazebo pitches are available at £15 and are limited. Gazebos will be available and can be pre order through enquires@bbfest.org or 07948 330511.

Music workshops for children will have limited places and will run from 1pm until 6pm (to be confirmed).

The event will run between 12:00 noon and 11:45pm. The site must be cleared by midnight when the event will be closed.

Free car parking is provided and will close at 2:00pm on Sunday 29 August 2010 and any remaining vehicles will be removed at a cost £100 to the owner.

Disabled parking and access is available please email enquires@bbfest.org to request a pass to help improve traffic flow.

Taxies can be ordered.

Security wrist bands will be issued by the event security on arrival and must not be removed. Re-entry is allowed subject to the standard terms outlined.

Please consider local residents on leaving the event.

All profits will be used to raise funds for a new village hall and the combination of a warm summer days, picnics and some leading musicians is sure to make for a truly enjoyable experience

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse entry to or remove any persons from the festival. Reserve the right to refuse alcohol to any person including persons that look under 25 and have no valid proof of age
• Make changes to the band line up or facilities due to circumstances beyond our control
• Cancel the festival for reasons beyond our control without notice and without liability to pay any person compensation or damage whatsoever, other than a ticket refund excluding booking fee
• Abandon the festival once started due to unforeseen circumstances, such as, but not limited to, equipment failure or emergency, without liability to pay any person compensation or ticket refunds
• No liability will be accepted for theft, loss or damage of personal property or vehicles
• Camping facilities are provided by a third party which BBFest are acting as a reseller
