Whether youre a regular player or have never experienced the sport before, you're in for a treat; Go Spike sessions allow for anyone to get involved in the sport, so grab a friend and dig volleyball!
Volleyball improves fitness, coordination, strategic thinking and is very sociable: its a great way to meet new people or have fun with friends.
The sessions will be running across the country and budding players can find their nearest session at http://www.gospike.net/
