Summer Sundae Weekender in Leicester 8th-10th of August
Summer Sundae Weekender has quickly evolved in its eight year history,
from its one day event with just two stages to the current three day
affair with five stages of music, comedy and cabaret.
The event won Best Small Festival in the 2006 UK Festival Awards and consistently boasts a well crafted multi-genre line-up that mixes contemporary and heritage artists ranging from rock, pop and dance to roots and electronica.

The family friendly event means that children are catered for just as
well as the parents. The Kid’s Zone provides relief for parents with
face painting, children’s shows, clowns, workshops and breakfast-time
fun and bed-time stories.
