Danced me little socks off. Big up Mr Peterson, the Havana Cultura Band and Lubi, Simbad etc... and free rum cocktails - perfect. Just sad we had to stop at 2pm. Could have gone on til at least 4!

ussie Wannabe Offline Points:16 Posts: 1	Havana Cultura @ Wardrobe, Leeds, Fri 13th Nov Overall rating: 4.5 Having sampled the salsa rhythms first hand last year in Havana, Trinidad & Santiago this night really bought it all back. Thought the drinks promotion was great. The band were absolutely awesome. In fact when GP came back on after them it didn't feel right listening to records. The female vocalist and the dude on the trumpet were shit hot. The venue is perfect for live music but DJing is better suited upstairs in the bar!!! Best night I've had in Leeds for years!!!

Overall rating: 4.5 great night well organised and drinks promo was nice surprise! got money back on ticket as quick as you could say dos mojitos por favor! you know how to keep us northerners happy, best night in leeds for a while, mas, mas mucho mas as far as I'm concerned... only downer was been kept out in cold till event was set up ...but Hi! to the nice folks we met whilst waiting...
