The David Guetta August Bank Holiday parties at Kissdafunk have become something of a tradition and a famous highlight in the North of England clubbing calendar.

But this year's is bigger than ever. Not only is the summer sizzler taking over KDF's new home at the o2 Academy, but the French superstar, who recently shot to UK Number 1 slot with "Love Takes Over" featuring Kelly Rowland , will be joined by KDF favourite Laidback Luke.

Laidback Luke's recent appearances at KDF in Leeds, Blackpool and Middlesbrough have been roadblock sell-outs so throw in the superstar, that is David Guetta and a bigger venue into the mix and you have one heck of a party.

This is also perfect timing as it's just a few days after the launch of David Guetta's 4th Artist Album which hits the ether on 24th August - just six days prior to this kdf end-of-summer 2009 swan-song.

Whether an avid Guetta or KDF fan, those returning for one last dance after Creamfields or The Leeds Festival; or just out and out party fans who want to say goodbye to the summer in style, everyone seems to descend on Kissdafunk on August Bank Holiday Sunday. And with no work on the Monday, there is nothing to lose.
