Riff Raff has turned 12 - good excuse for a party!
For anyone who's not been along before, as the age would suggest Riff Raff is a titan of underground clubbing in Leeds and one of the longest running hard dance nights in the country. It now runs in the Beaver Works, a brilliant clubber-friendly venue with great staff.
The last Riff Raff outing saw the crew make a real effort to do something special with the Beaver Works, resulting in a very different feel from other club nights running there - this time (Riff Raff's second regular outing in the venue) we intend to do the same, but better!
With two very different rooms there's plenty on offer for a whole load of tastes.
The birthday party has aimed to give Riff Raffers their favourites, so we have the residents we all know and love (including Ashan Project moving upstairs for the night), Freear (the Slamboree DJ - you might know him from Glastonbury 2011), DJ Pod (a long-standing Riff Raff favourite and Ripsnorter godfather) playing two entirely different sets in different rooms, MagicLantern (who runs the Beats Bizarre room at several nights)... and Riff Raff regular Mutated Pony is *back* - but this time alongside the filthy hard NRG DJ Anna K with her on a Riff Raff debut!
